Terms & Conditions

Shipping & handling at cost.

No cancellations accepted unless made by letter to this office 30 days prior to shipment. Retention of stock for five days after receipt by the buyer without complaint in writing stating counts and problem involved consitutes acceptance thereof by the buyer.

Terms: 25% deposit to hold orders. Balance due on pickup or prior to shipping without approved credit. Net 30 days from the invoice with approved credit. Past due accounts subject to service charges of 1.5% per month.

Minimum order: $100.00

Method of payment: Check, money order or cash.

Shipping: Please give definite shipping instructions including a complete address and telephone number. The bill of lading indicates the material shipped has become the property of the buyer. Safe, prompt delivery of the shipment is the responsibility of the carrier who acts as the buyers agent. All claims due to transportation delays or damage should be filed with the carrier. If no instructions accompany order, we will use our best judgment without assuming responsibility in making shipment.

Guarantee: All orders are honored subject to crop condition, errors in counts, and with the understanding that orders shall be void should injury befall stock due to flood, freeze, fire or other causes beyond our control. We give no warranty, expressed or implied as to life, productiveness, description, quality, or any other matter of any nursery stock we sell. Every effort will be made to ship stock true to name, and of good grade, in appropriate shipping containers. It is mutually agreed that we shall not be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price.
